Session 1: Harnessing Mind Power
Your personality, desires, hopes, habits, the people and situations you attract, successes and failures, even your health depends on how you direct the thoughts in your Mind. Scientifically and spiritually, your mind is a powerful magnet that attracts to you the things you contemplate. Unleash the amazing powers of the mind and start living an incredible and fulfilling life by discovering mind’s secrets.
Session 2: Letting Go – Real Freedom
Suffering occurs when the knower of thought resists and identifies with the thought of the mind. Letting go of negative thoughts and feelings frees up the consciousness from being glued to endless repetitive thoughts which appear on the screen of the mind, and you experience the peace, joy, the non-changing presence that you are, that is the background upon which thoughts are appearing.
Session 3: Being Present – Gift Beyond Time
Living predominantly in the past is tragic because nothing can be changed about the past. Similarly, living in the future also has its problems, because the future only exists in the mind. In this meditation, we focus our conscious attention on the breathing and life energy, instead of life circumstances. Life circumstances are a collection of thoughts about the past and future which changes, however, life is timeless & changeless.
Session 4: Gratitude – Living in Grace
Gratitude is one of the most fulfilling emotions we can feel, because it uplifts our spirits and connects us to the gifts in our lives. Gratitude meditation gives us an opportunity to feel gratitude by focusing on the things in our life that we are thankful for, by“count our blessings”. To develop an attitude of gratitude creates contentment, true happiness and bliss.
Session 5: Science of Soul
Beyond the stage of material activity that preoccupies our mind lies a vast, unexplored realm of spiritual tranquility. Understanding the difference between matter and spirit, nature and characteristics of soul can offer us innumerable benefits in everyday life, and can fill us with an unshakeable peace and fearlessness as we recognize that worldly upheavals that affect our material assets have no power to hurt us.
Session 6: Yoga for Modern Age
Yoga in its most evolved form has much more to offer than just healing the body and calming the mind. Vedic wisdom prescribes the chanting as the easiest and most effective method of attaining self-realization in the present fast paced age. One who engages in mantra meditation, gradually develops great mental control and attains a heightened sense of awareness.
